Unlimited Companies

As indicated by the name, these companies are not limited by legal liability. It is often the route for companies in the initial stage of development. The advantage for such companies is that the start-up and administrative costs are very low but this must be weighed against the increased risks and the difficulty in obtaining credit.

The minimum requirements for such companies is that it is very difficult to obtain statistics on the actual number that are trading. In my next posting I will explain more about how the numbers are calculated and how you can obtain information on such companies.
